Sticky Asian Chicken Thighs in the Air Fryer

Image
I am not even kidding when I say that I have made this recipe three times in the past month (and I made it last night for my grandparents!) This Sticky Asian Chicken Thigh (boneless) recipe is seriously so amazing and so full of flavor. Not only that, it's super easy to make and takes less than an hour! Earlier this week I made 6-8 boneless chicken thighs and Jace and I ate all of them before Kevin was done with his shower! So I had to make more for him :) We devoured it. The fact that Jace is 8 and loves it really says something! I also found the PERFECT temperature and time to make these delicious. I have the Emeril Air Fryer so your times may vary (just keep tabs on the time until you find that perfect time for yours). Ingredients: -8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs -1/4 cup soy sauce -3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (I use and LOVE Pasolivo Aged Balsamic Vinegar HERE ) -2 tablespoons honey -1 teaspoon chili powder -1 teaspoon roasted onion powder -1 teaspoon onion pow

Three-Cheese Monterey Baked Chicken

If you are looking for a creative way to eat your chicken, this is it. I will admit that I've had a lot of dry chicken in the past so sometimes I have a hard time finding a good chicken recipe. This Baked Monterey Chicken recipe originally came from Love Bakes Good Cakes but our recipe is below. We omitted a few things and made it our own. So delicious ðŸ˜‹ðŸ˜‹ Ingredients: -Five boneless, skinless chicken breasts -Olive Oil -Salt and Pepper -1/2 cup BBQ Sauce -1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese -1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese -1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese -Nine slices of bacon Directions: Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish. Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. While it's baking, cook bacon on the stove and set aside. Remove chicken from the oven and brush the tops and each chicken breast evenly with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken fro

Keto Lasagna Bake in the Cast-Iron Skillet

These past few weeks I've been so focused on purchasing Christmas gifts and building that blog as well as the 100,000 Views Giveaway that I've been accidentally putting my recipes on the back burner. I'm still adjusting to this new schedule of working five hours per day, helping Jace with homework, cooking every night and trying to get used to a new routine. I like this routine one better than my last. Anyway, last night we had this Keto Lasagna Bake. Yes, I did eat a piece of toast with it but the lasagna didn't have any noodles so that was my "no carbs" part ;) Originally I found a recipe with Zoodles and I am not in any way shape or form interested in trying those. I bought them pre-spiraled once. I never ate them. So we decided to choose a recipe with zero noodles but tasted just like lasagna. We made ours in a cast-iron skillet (which I love by the way!). The original recipe can be found here:  https://www.heyketomama.com/easy-keto-lasagna-bake/ We

100,000 Views Giveaway! 🎉🎉

**Update: Congratulations to the winner - Ashley Sammons! **Update: I am extending out this contest through December 6th, 2019. Winner will be drawn and announced on December 7th, 2019. I have been slacking hardcore with this blog but I promised once I hit 100,000 followers, I will be running a giveaway. When I started this blog in 2014, I had no idea that it would be a huge hit. My blog initially was about my life, my "love" life, or lack of love life, poems, the single life, and I really created it as a way to vent. Little did I know that 4 years later, I would create my first Recipe blog post ( HERE ) and have 64,599 views on one post! That's really when my blog took off. Of course, I still throw in a review, a personal blog, or a freebie post now and then but it's mainly been recipes the past year. I do want to say Thank you! Thank you for caring so much about my life (although I don't find my life THAT interesting), thank you for reading my recipes

Christmas Gift Ideas 2019 - Deals, Discounts, Giveaways, Specials - How to Save Money

Image
Last year's Christmas Gift Ideas blog post didn't get posted until the end of November. I'm trying to be on top of it this year and post by September and then add to the blog post through December. As most of you know, I buy Christmas presents year-round. It brings me back to when I was 20 years old, I just started my job and I was strictly commission. I thought my pay would be consistent since I had the hang of things - until Christmastime hit. What I didn't realize is that a lot of people don't want to spend money on unnecessary things in December. Me being one of them. So that month was a struggle and I don't think I had any money for Christmas gifts. Since then, I vowed to make a change so that I'm not in that boat again. I would rather purchase items throughout the year instead of relying on having enough money in December to buy gifts. I can say that as of now, I have my nephews Christmas gifts all bought. I have some of my nieces, some of Jace

Keto Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

So first of all I have to say that I have reached 100,000 readers! ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰ I never thought that would be an option when I first started my blog. I also said that my next blog would be a giveaway and trust me, it's in the works :) I also have a Christmas Gift Idea blog in the works as well so I have not forgotten! I made these delicious Air Fryer Chicken Tenders tonight and I couldn't wait to share. I haven't been eating the best and, because of that, I have been maintaining my weight the last four days (still down 6.2 pounds though!). I went to make these Chicken Tenders a few nights ago and I found a bug in the chicken ðŸ¤®ðŸ¤® so here is the actual recipe that turned out. I cut the tenders into pieces and added it to a salad. It was so good! I also added tomatoes, Classic Ranch, lettuce, and cut up cheese sticks. ðŸ˜‹ Ingredients: -6 chicken tenderloins (I had two large boneless, skinless chicken breasts and sliced them) -1 cup almond flour -Salt and Pepper, to taste -1
