Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs

Image
I have told you this over and over but Kevin is SO amazing at coming up with creative ways to make dinner. Last night we made Baked Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs and even Jace helped. It was pretty easy but took a few steps in order to make this as good as it was. I didn't use a recipe for this one, so the steps will be just me winging it. I only used about 6 ingredients: Spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese and ground beef. First I cooked the spaghetti noodles, al dente, about 10 minutes on the stove (just follow the directions on the box). I then took the ground beef to make the meatballs. Take about a golf size amount of ground beef, form it in a ball, push in and add in the mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning and then shape the ground beef around it to form into a ball again. This will make mozzarella cheese stuffed meatballs. Jace helped me make these. Once those are done, you are going to sear them. Heat a few table

Garlic Chicken Recipe

Image
I was planning on posting this Garlic Chicken recipe last week but...the week got away from me (seems like that happens more these days). This tells you the kind of week I'm having when I have 2,300 unread emails and Instagram banned me for 7 days for liking too many posts at once :/ Ugh. But hopefully this Garlic Chicken recipe will be great for you guys and you enjoy it as much as Kevin and I did :)  The only two things that I changed in this recipe is used garlic powder instead of chopped garlic and I used the That's Amore seasoning pack from Pinch Spice Market. I also used 2 chicken breasts instead of 3. The link to the original recipe can be found HERE and I also linked the seasoning below. Ingredients: 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 in cubes 1 tbsp flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp garlic powder 3 tbsp That's Amore Italian Seasoning 2 tbsp butter Ingredients for the Gravy: 1 tbsp flour 1 cup chicken broth 1 tbsp butter D

Mississippi Pot Roast

Image
This Mississippi Pot Roast recipe was a first for my family. Kevin and I were able to cook together which I absolutely love because it doesn't happen too often. We decided to add Parmesan asparagus and red beans and rice as a side. Seriously, the PERFECT meal. I've never actually tried pepperoncini or even the juice but mixed in with the pot roast, highly recommend! We made this in the crockpot so it was super simple and ready-to-eat within about 5 hours! The original recipe can be found HERE . We made some changes to this one including: Removing the garlic cloves, adding more garlic powder and onion powder, removed the dry minced onion, removed the parsley, exchanged the beef bouillon powder for a cube. Hope you enjoy! If you end up making this, comment below and let me know what you think! Ingredients: 1 3-5 pound chuck roast 2 tsp onion powder 2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp vegetable oil 1 1/2 cups beef broth 1/3 cup pepperoncini juice (from jar of pepperoncini) 2

Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie

Image
Have you ever made a Crockpot Chicken Pot Pie Soup? I actually saw this recipe in a group I am in on Facebook called Pinch of Yum . The screenshot of the full recipe is below. My recipe is below that. This was SO good. If you are looking for a simple Chicken Pot Pie recipe, this is it! Ingredients: 1 tbsp onion powder 1/2 bag of frozen carrots and peas, thawed 1/4 cup dried oregano 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 cup chicken broth 2 cans cream of chicken soup 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 tbsp corn 1 can baked refrigerated biscuits Directions: Place onion powder, carrots and peas, oregano, paprika, salt, pepper, chicken broth, and chicken soup in a crockpot. Stir to combine. The mixture should be thicker. Nestle the chicken breasts in the mixture and spoon the mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 6 hours. Shred the chicken and cook for 30 more minutes. During that 30 minutes, place the biscuits in the oven and serve with the biscuit on top.

Lasagna Bolognese

Image
If you guys are looking for the BEST Lasagna Bolognese recipe, this is it! There were a lot of changes from the original recipe including - no italian sausage, no ricotta cheese, onion and garlic powder instead of onion and garlic, no celery or carrots, monterey jack cheese in place of ricotta cheese and no tomato paste or parsley. This Lasagna recipe is literally to DIE for and you will be wanting and craving seconds!  This did take a long time to prep and bake - probably 2 hours total - but it was worth it. The sauce is homemade with a lot of ingredients. We served our Lasagna Bolognese with garlic bread. Enjoy! Ingredients for Bolognese: 1 pound ground beef 1 tbsp onion powder 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes 2 tbsp garlic powder 2 15oz cans of crushed tomatoes 2 15oz cans of tomato sauce 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 cup dried basil 1 tbsp beef bouillon (I boiled 1 cup water on the stove, added a beef bouillon, mixed it, and then scooped 1 tbsp to use for this mixture) 1 tbsp sugar

Glitter Tumblers for Sale

Image
If you follow me on social media, most of you know that I make and sell glitter tumblers. I eventually would like to put a blog together showing you the steps to make a glitter tumbler but in the meantime, I want to show you the ones I have made. I will continue to add to this as I create more tumblers.  Instagram: abbiefisher0202 Facebook business: Abbie Lynn Guerrero I'm currently unemployed and wanted to start crafting or making something that people will buy year round. Since Christmas was a few months ago, I didn't want to start making only holiday-related items. With this blog, I wanted to show you some fun glitter tumbler ideas and glitter tumbler diy ideas. I do not use epoxy to seal the glitter but I do use resin so all of them are sealed.  All of these tumblers are listed on Etsy and they will all be linked below.  **Update: SOLD** The first one is a pink and gold Faith tumbler. This tumbler has two different types of glitter on it and is sealed with resin. I also us
