Keto Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

So first of all I have to say that I have reached 100,000 readers! ðŸŽ‰ðŸŽ‰ I never thought that would be an option when I first started my blog. I also said that my next blog would be a giveaway and trust me, it's in the works :) I also have a Christmas Gift Idea blog in the works as well so I have not forgotten!

I made these delicious Air Fryer Chicken Tenders tonight and I couldn't wait to share. I haven't been eating the best and, because of that, I have been maintaining my weight the last four days (still down 6.2 pounds though!). I went to make these Chicken Tenders a few nights ago and I found a bug in the chicken ðŸ¤®ðŸ¤® so here is the actual recipe that turned out. I cut the tenders into pieces and added it to a salad. It was so good! I also added tomatoes, Classic Ranch, lettuce, and cut up cheese sticks. ðŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
-6 chicken tenderloins (I had two large boneless, skinless chicken breasts and sliced them)
-1 cup almond flour
-Salt and Pepper, to taste
-1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
-1 egg

Directions:
Mix together the egg and whipping cream. Add salt and pepper and continue whisking. Place tenderloin slices in the mix and let sit for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, put the almond flour in a bowl with more salt and pepper. Dip chicken in the almond flour mixture and make sure you coat both sides. Take the slices and place into the air fryer.

The air fryer can be tough sometimes so here is what I did for mine and they turned out perfect:
400 degrees for 7 minutes

Flipped them over
350 degrees for 12 minutes
Check on them
350 degrees for 5 minutes

Put in a salad (like I did) or a burrito (like Jace did) or just eat them plain (like Kevin). Enjoy!!
