Air Fryer Burger

If you haven't made hamburger patties in the air fryer, they are super easy and super good. Something I learned the hard way though - don't put cheese slices in the air fryer because the cheese will fall off the patty. This four-ingredient hamburger patty recipe comes from All Recipes and can be found HERE. For the beef base, we used beef broth and it worked perfectly.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound ground beef, flatten and form two patties
2 tbsp melted butter (we used unsalted)
1 tbsp unsalted beef broth
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Whisk together melted butter and beef broth in a small bowl. Brush lightly on the flattened patties and season with pepper. Set the patties in the air fryer basket and air fry for 3-4 minutes, flip, and air fry for 3-4 more minutes or until done to your likeness. Add the cheese slice and serve with fries. Enjoy!
