Air Fryer Red Curry Chicken

If you are looking for a really simple Air Fryer Curry recipe, this is it. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. This is another recipe from our Air Fryer Recipe Book that came with our new Air Fryer (which I love, by the way!) Initially it was for Chicken Wings but we did ours with chicken breast and it worked out perfectly.

Ingredients:
3 medium boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1/4 cup No Salt sweet and sour sauce
2 tsp Red Curry Paste (we got ours on Amazon)
1 tsp Organic Soy Sauce
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Preheat Gourmia Air Fryer to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix the sweet and sour sauce, curry paste, soy sauce and garlic powder.

Add the chicken to the bowl and coat with the sauce. Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the chicken in the air fryer, making sure they are in a single layer. I had to do two batches due to how much it made.

Cook for about 22 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve with brown rice.
