Crockpot Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy

I went grocery shopping yesterday to plan for the next week of recipes since Kevin may be leaving to Oklahoma in a week. I, unfortunately, will not be going with him as we initially planned. One of the recipes we found was HERE and it was for a Crockpot (or Slow Cooker) Chicken and Gravy recipe. When it comes to chicken, I am super picky and it's probably because I have had a lot of dry chicken in my life. This chicken was PERFECT! Only five ingredients in this recipe and super easy to make and let cook.

Ingredients:
2 Large Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Chicken Gravy Packet
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Pepper, to taste
1 Cup Water

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the gravy packet, cream of chicken soup, water and pepper. Whisk. Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker. Pour over the gravy. Place lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 4.5 hours without opening the lid until done. Shred the chicken. We served our chicken with cornbread and corn. Enjoy!
