No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

This morning I was in the mood for something a little sweet so I made these protein peanut butter no-bake cookies from https://www.instagram.com/madisonoking/. I love her recipes so check her out! 

Ingredients:
1 cup no sugar added peanut butter
3/4 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Vega vanilla protein powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup coconut sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. 

Stir well to combine. 

Spray a cookie sheet and scoop cookie dough into 8 balls. Place on baking sheet. 


Use a fork to press down on the balls in a crisscross patterns and bake 12-15 minutes. Enjoy!
