Grilled Chicken Marinade

This recipe originated from a Skillet Chicken Fajita recipe found HERE
I took that recipe and made it my own.

Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (3) cut in slices to make fillets or tenders
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1/2 of a lime
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sweet and spicy southwestern mustard
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons liquid smoke

Put together marinade by adding 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl. Add the 3 tablespoons of brown sugar.

Add the 2 tablespoons of orange juice and the 1/2 of a lime.

Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce.

Add 1 tablespoon sweet and spicy southwestern mustard, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, and 2 teaspoons liquid smoke. Whisk.

Cut chicken breast into fillets or tenders and put them in a bag.

Add marinade to the bag and refrigerate for four hours.

When you are ready to cook, put chicken in a pan and set the heat on Medium/High. It took me about 20 minutes before they were fully cooked front and back.

Take off heat and serve with corn and white rice.
