Easy Beef Taco Skillet Recipe

Tonight's dinner was super easy to make and only took about 20 minutes. I have the "Taste of Home One Pan" magazine and found this recipe and then jumped online and searched for it so you can see what they recommend. Click HERE to view their recipe. Otherwise, see below on how we made changes!

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tbsp onion powder
15.25oz can of corn, drained
8oz bottle of red taco sauce
1.25 cups of shredded cheese
Tostitos Scoops chips (as many as desired)

Optional Ingredients
Lettuce
Sour Cream
Olives

Directions
In a large skillet, cook the beef and onion powder on medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Add the corn, taco sauce and one cup cheese and heat through - about five minutes. Take off the burner. In a bowl place the taco skillet. Top with sour cream, lettuce, taco sauce, olives and more cheese. Use Tostitos Scoops chips and dip.

Enjoy!
