Easy Chicken Alfredo Bowls

A few nights ago I decided to make a Chicken Alfredo recipe and we ended up turning it into Chicken Alfredo bowls. They were literally SO good and I would for sure make these again! The chicken was so flavorful and the sauce was so creamy. The original recipe was from Tasty HERE. We actually just bought two different types of alfredo sauce and combined them. You can buy yours from the store or the original recipe also has ingredients for a homemade alfredo sauce as well. We had enough leftover that I even made a bowl for lunch yesterday! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
16oz macaroni shells (or any pasta!)
1/4 cup parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Two types of alfredo sauce (or one, or homemade, it's up to you!)
Parsley, to top

Directions:
In a pan over medium-high heat, melt butter (we also sprayed the pan before with PAM spray and I think having more butter flavor on there added to the flavor of the chicken) and add chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, Italian Seasoning and Thyme. Cook 8-9 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.

While the chicken is cooking, you can start to make your pasta. Just make al dente, according to the package directions. For the macaroni shells, it was about 8 minutes and then drain and add back to pot.

In the same pan that the chicken was cooked in, add both alfredo sauces and keep on low for 5-10 minutes. Let it bubble a little bit and stir a little bit.

Start preparing the bowls by pouring the macaroni pasta in the bottom of the bowl, add the chicken, pour the alfredo sauce over, add some parmesan cheese on top and top with parsley! There you have it, super super easy!
