Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Earlier this week we made these healthier Air Fryer Chicken Tenders. The original recipe can be found HERE. We didn't have some of the ingredients and with the original recipe being Keto, I can't say that our substitutes still make it that way. It was definitely healthier than regular chicken tenders. And everything is better in the Air Fryer! 

Ingredients:
1.5 large chicken breasts, cut into tenders
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup romano cheese, shredded
3-4 Stoned Wheat Thins, crumbled (these are like a fancier saltine cracker)
1 egg
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp parika
Some pepper

Directions:
Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees F. Add all ingredients in a bowl except chicken and egg. Mix. Add the egg in a separate bowl. Dip each tender into the egg and then into the breading mixture. Spray the basket with PAM or cooking spray. Add the chicken to the Air Fryer. Add olive oil on top of the chicken. Air Fry for 6 minutes and flip for another 6 minutes. Enjoy with BBQ sauce or other dipping sauces. Enjoy!
