Low Carb Sticky Chicken thighs Recipe

If you are looking for an AMAZING chicken recipe, you will want to try this low carb sticky sauce chicken! This recipe was SO good. The original recipe can be found HERE. I did not add fish sauce and switched out the brown monkfruit for regular monkfruit.  

Ingredients:
2 tbsp avocado oil
1.5 lbs chicken thighs, cut into cubes
1/3 cup coconut aminos
2 tsp Monkfruit 
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp xanthan gum
sesame seeds for garnish


Directions:

In a large skillet, spray it with Avocado Oil and add cubed chicken thighs - cook about 4-5 minutes on each side. While the chicken is cooking, in a bowl combine the coconut aminos, monkfruit, garlic powder, ginger and pepper. 

Transfer chicken to a plate and set aside. Reduce heat to medium low, and pour in the sauce. Bring it to a simmer and then add in the Xanthan gum. 


Put chicken back in the sauce pan and cook for a few minutes. Serve with rice and vegetables.
