Oven fried chicken

It's been awhile since I've consistently blogged, I've been working more than 40 hours per week, my sisters being in town, out of town to visit family, and Jace's spring break. We made this oven fried chicken quite awhile ago (March 6th to be exact!) and it's another recipe from NW Kidney (my fav!) and can be found HERE.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup corn oil
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tbsp dried tarragon
1 tbsp dried marjoram
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into pieces

Directions:
Put butter and oil in the bottom of a pan. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put pan in the oven to melt butter and oil. While that is melting, put 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup cornmeal in a big pot.

Add seasonings.

Drop pieces in and shake. Lay chicken pieces, skin side down, in hot oil in pan.

Bake 30 minutes. Turn over and bake 20-30 more minutes.
Serve with potatoes and broccoli. This recipe was 5-Stars! Let me know in the comments below if you made this!
