Crack Chicken Casserole - Easy and Low Carb!

As promised, here is the second chicken casserole recipe. Out of the two, this one was my favorite. It is called Crack Chicken and it's literally that. I ate like half the casserole myself :/ So delicious, so addicting, so good, and low carb! The original recipe can be found HERE but we added our own adapted recipe below.

Ingredients:
-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped and cooked
-1/2 pound bacon, chopped and cooked
-1 cup shredded cheese
-3 eggs
-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
-1/2 cup ranch dressing

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a casserole pan. Spread chicken and bacon in bottom of pan.


Top with shredded cheese.


Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, and ranch dressing. Pour on chicken mixture. Bake uncovered for 32 minutes.
