Easy Fireball Whiskey Grilled Pineapple

About a week ago, my Mom tagged me in this recipe on Facebook for Fireball Whiskey Grilled Pineapple. Without hesitation, Kevin and I went to the store and bought....whiskey and pineapple. We LOVE Fireball, that's our whiskey of choice so this seemed to fit us perfectly. I just purchased an indoor grill from Dollar General so we were able to use that for the pineapple. The original recipe was from Delish found HERE.

Ingredients:
Ripe pineapple, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cup Fireball Whisky
1/4 cup Pasolivo Sugar and Spice Blend (or any cinnamon/sugar blend)

Directions:
Cut pineapple into pieces and place in a large bowl. Add Fireball and refrigerate for one hour, stirring once after 30 minutes. Drain pineapple and Fireball. Toss in sugar and spice blend. Preheat grill to medium-high. Place pineapple on grill and cook, turning occasionally until you can insert a knife in the center, 8-10 minutes.
