Healthy and Delicious Big Mac Salad



We are on day 6 of a healthy diet and this Big Mac Salad was a HUGE hit in my house. Kevin and I loved it! The original recipe can be found HERE. Our version of the Big Mac Salad is below! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon oregano
 1/8 teaspoon chili pepper
12 ounces lettuce and spring mix
2 spears dill pickes, diced
10 mini tomatoes, halved
3/4 cup cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Dressing:
2 tablespoons tomato paste
3 tablespoons water
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon ground oregano
1/8 teaspoon dried basil
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 packs of low carb sweeter
pepper and salt to taste

Directions:
For dressing, dilute tomato paste in water and add sweetener. Add mayonnaise and sour cream. Add oregano, basil, salt and pepper and whisk. Set aside. In a skilled, spray and add ground meat, garlic powder and onion powder. Once browned, add oregano, salt, and pepper. Add chili pepper.

Cover platter with greens. Layer beef, tomatoes, dill pickles, cheese, and dressing. Enjoy!
