Easy Deviled Eggs

My first Thanksgiving recipe (or any holiday) is easy Deviled Eggs. The original recipe was found HERE. I accidently dropped one egg :( So I put less mayonnaise in. My recipe is below. So easy and perfect for a Thanksgiving meal. The original recipe calls for 6 eggs which is perfect because it's only Kevin and I this year. If you need more, just adjust the recipe accordingly.

Ingredients:
5 large eggs
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for garnish

Directions:
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Turn off and move pot to a different burner. Place the eggs in the water using a spoon or skimmer and put back on the burner. Turn heat back to high and set a timer for 14 minutes.

While the eggs are boiling, prepare an ice water bath and set aside.

After 14 minutes, remove the eggs from the water and place in the ice bath. Once the eggs have cooled completely (30-60 minutes), peel them and cut them longways.

Remove the yolk and put it in a small bowl. Place the egg whites on a large plate. Mash the yolks with a fork and add the mayonnaise, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix together until smooth. Use a spoon to add a portion of the deviled egg mixture back into the hole of each egg white. Sprinkle with paprika. Keep in the refrigerator overnight.

Happy Thanksgiving!
