Three Cheese + Meat Stuffed Jumbo Shells

Last week my cousin shared this recipe on Facebook and I was super excited to try it. We tried this last night and Kevin kept saying over and over how amazing it was. It took some time and was a lot of work but SO worth it guys. The original recipe was from Delish HERE. We made a few changes. Ours is below. We served ours with green beans and cheddar biscuits!

Ingredients:
- 1 package jumbo pasta shells, cooked 10 min (based on package)
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 15oz container of ricotta cheese
- 8oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8oz nacho + taco blend, shredded
- 8oz white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 jar, 24oz pasta sauce

Directions:
Cook pasta per package instructions, should be about 10 minutes. When there are a few minutes left, mix together in a large bowl, beaten eggs, ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, half the nacho + taco blend, and half of the white cheddar cheese, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Drain the pasta.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stuff each jumbo shell with the cheese mixture and place in a greased baking dish.

In a large skillet, brown the hamburger and pour in the pasta sauce. Pour the meat sauce over the stuffed cheese and top with the rest of the cheese.

Bake for 45 minutes. Serve with green beans and biscuits.
