Air Fryer Chicken Bacon Ranch Poppers

Last week I made these Air Fryer Chicken Bacon Ranch Poppers and they were surprisingly good and filling even for dinner! They were super easy to make and could even be perfect for Superbowl or a sports gathering! The full and original recipe can be found HERE. I wasn't sure how ground chicken would be but it was more like a meatball with cheese in the middle and bacon wrapped around it. Very, very good! Let me know your thoughts below!

Ingredients:
1 pound ground chicken
6 bacon strips, uncooked
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 cheddar cheese slices, torn into pieces to stuff inside the poppers
3 tbsp ranch dip seasoning

Directions:
In a bowl, mix together ground chicken, egg, bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese, and ranch seasoning until combined.

Shape into balls. I made 7.

Press the cheese slices into the center and form into a meatball so the cheese is in the middle. Wrap bacon around each meatball.

Preheat Air Fryer to 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Place meatballs in the basket and cook 15 minutes on 350 degrees. Enjoy!
