Crockpot Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Another lazy meal for the week. That makes two crockpot meals this week so I would say that's a win! Also, what makes Macaroni and Cheese even more creamy than it already is? Cream Cheese! I can say for almost certain that I've never had Cream Cheese in my Macaroni and Cheese but it is for sure an amazing ingredient! The original recipe for this Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese recipe can be found HERE. See below for my version :)

Ingredients:
2 cups elbow noodles
8oz. cream cheese, cut into cubes
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
2 cups milk
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions on the stove. Drain the pasta and immediately add to the slow cooker followed by the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high for two hours. Stir pasta after one and a half hours and then when you are ready to serve. When the cooking time is done, add more cheese on top and set slow cooker to Warm. Serve and enjoy!
