Baked Spaghetti with Ground Sausage and Ground Beef

Baked Spaghetti is so good that this is the second blog I have written about it. My first one can be found HERE. I used some different ingredients in the first one and we actually had garlic bread the second time around so we didn't have to make our own. I like this one better because it contains sausage and ground beef. The original recipe can be found HERE.

Ingredients:
-1 pound spaghetti pasta
-1.25 pound italian sausage
-.75 pound ground beef
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 40oz of pasta sauce
- 1 tbsp italian seasoning
- 12oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Brown the beef and italian sausage over medium heat. Drain. Toss in onion powder and minced garlic. Add in the pasta sauce and stir.

Sprinkle in italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and turn the heat down to low. Let cook for 10 minutes. While sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti pasta 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside. Set oven to 350 degrees. Grab a baking dish, add some of the meat sauce at the bottom of the pan. Add some of the spaghetti pasta, then cheese. Repeat this process. Leave the spaghetti uncovered and bake for 40 minutes. Serve with garlic bread. Enjoy!
