Shake N Bake Chicken Breast

If you don't have the time to make an elaborate meal, this Shake N Bake Chicken Breast is the perfect recipe for you. It's so easy and requires less than 10 ingredients. Ingredients:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp tarragon leaves
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
vegetable oil


Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a large zipper sandwich bag, combine all ingredients except chicken and vegetable oil. Drizzle vegetable oil in a pan and smooth with a spatula. Place pieces of chicken in the sandwich bags, one at a time, and shake until coated. Place coated chicken in a baking dish.


Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Turn over and bake for 20-25 minutes longer.

Serve with rice and green beans. I also added BBQ sauce to dip.
