Chimichurri Steak Street Tacos Recipe

I love Fridays because I have more time to write blogs so hopefully today I can get two in. A few nights ago I made these Street Tacos. They were fairly easy to make and really all I did was cook the meat and prepare them but they turned out way better than I expected so I thought I would put together a blog. My sister sent us Mini Soft Taco Street Tacos Flour Tortillas from Amazon Pantry and they were so perfect for mini tacos! I also bought three beef flaps of chimichurri to use as the meat. I poured some vegetable oil in a pan on the stove and let it sit on medium for about 3-5 minutes. I placed the three pieces of meat in the pan and let it sit for about 2-3 minutes per side. Keep cooking and use the meat thermometer until it reaches 140 for medium and 145 for medium well. Let it sit for a few minutes and then slice into smaller pieces. For the tortillas, I always heat them up on the stove just by themselves. I set them on the stove for about 15 seconds (I have a electric stove) and then flip and do the same thing. Repeat with all tortillas. Add lettuce, cheese, olives, salsa, and your desired toppings. We topped ours with Cilantro as well. Enjoy!
