Crockpot Taco Soup

Staying on the healthier path, last night I made this Crockpot Taco Soup for us with tortilla chips. It was so delicious and tasty, I will definitely be making this again! The original recipe can be found HERE and is not actually a crockpot recipe. The only reason why I turned this into a crockpot is because I do not have a huge enough pot to fit all of the ingredients in. This is a ground beef taco soup recipe. If you make this recipe, please let me know how it turned out for you and what you may have added to make it better!

Ingredients:
1.5 lb ground beef
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 can corn, drained
1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 packet of taco seasoning mix
2 tbsp of ranch dressing (actual dressing)
3 cups beef broth
*Tortilla chips, olives, cheese to garnish

Directions:
In a crockpot, place all of the ingredients above (except the asterisk, those are for after) and cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occassionally. Take out, pour in a bowl and add cheese and olives. Use tortilla chips to dip. Super easy! Enjoy!
