Healthy Panko Chicken Tenders

After making these healthy panko chicken tenders earlier this week, this will definitely be added to our dinner rotation. Jace who is 11 loved it and Kevin and I both loved this recipe. These tenders are SO easy to make. The chicken was perfect and juicy and not tough or overcooked.

This recipe can be found HERE and is not from Davita for once. Super healthy, delicious, juicy and tender! Enjoy with BBQ sauce.

On a side note, my brother got me an aromatic salt set from his friends company - Salt Smith - and I have used the Wine Smoked Garlic in literally almost every recipe this week. Try them out HERE

Ingredients: 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, 2/3 cup breadcrumbs, 1 egg, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp Wine Smoked Garlic, 1/2 tsp salt free garlic and herb

Directions: whisk egg. Trim fat on chicken and cut into strips. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix breadcrumbs, garlic salt, pepper, and garlic and herb seasoning in a bag. Place chicken in egg wash and then breadcrumb mixture. Place on a sprayed baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes. I ended up cooking mine for 5 additional minutes. Just be careful not to overcook. Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans.
