Quick and Easy Sloppy Joes

This Sloppy Joe recipe was supposed to be made a few nights ago...but we made tacos instead! So, we had them tonight. We made a lot of substitutions - and I actually made these while talking on the phone to my sister so I didn't take very many pics! Pretty good, super easy. We didn't add the onion or bell pepper. I used Tomato Paste, Water and Marinara Sauce as a substitute for Tomato Sauce. Very easy if you are looking for a simple recipe to conquer the quarantine. The original recipe was found HERE.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 pound ground beef
Salt and Pepper, to taste
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 12oz can of tomato paste
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup marinara/spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1 Tbsp worcestershire
4 hamburger buns

Directions:
Add the olive oil to pan over medium high heat. Add the beef and break up into small pieces until there is no pink. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder and mix. Stir in the tomato paste, water, spaghetti sauce, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Let thicken 5-10 minutes.

Spoon ground beef into toasted hamburger buns and enjoy! My whole family loved these!
