Baked Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll-Ups

Last night Kevin and I were craving something sweet and we found this recipe for Baked Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll-Ups. All it took was one bite and I was in heaven. The recipe can be found HERE. We used large tortillas instead of bread and it worked perfectly. We also used monkfruit instead of sugar.

Ingredients:
4 large tortillas
4 oz cream cheese
3 tbsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup monkfruit
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth in a bowl. In another bowl, add the monkfruit and cinnamon until well combined. Melt the butter and add in a bigger bowl.

Spread the cream cheese mixture to one side of the tortilla.

Roll up, dip in the butter and then the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Try not to eat them all in one sitting ;)
