Sheet Pan Ground Beef Nachos

This blog and the Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Dip/Sauce blog go hand-in-hand. Last night I made ground beef sheet pan nachos and poured the cheese dip on top. If you haven't tried this before, it's a MUST. The original recipe was from California Grown HERE and they were super easy to make. The original recipe called for chicken and we used ground beef. We also didn't add radish, olives, cilantro or jalapenos like the original recipe. We also topped ours off with the cheese sauce! Since it was only Kevin and I eating this, I only used half of the bag of chips.

Ingredients:
1/2 bag of tortilla chips
one tube of ground beef
1/4 can of black beans
4oz shredded cheese
2oz sour cream
1 large tomato
1/2 avocado
shredded lettuce
Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Sauce
I did not measure but added into ground beef - paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili pepper, pepper, and cumin

Directions:
Place the chips on a large baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook the ground beef on the stove on medium heat, about 6-8 minutes. I added (without measurements) paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, chili pepper, pepper, and cumin to the ground beef before it fully cooked to add some flavor. You can do that if you would like. Drain and pour on top of chips. Add black beans and the shredded cheese and bake in the broiler for 4 minutes.

Drizzle on the cheese sauce, add the sour cream, tomato, avocado, shredded lettuce and enjoy!
