Slow Cooker Dr. Pepper Boneless Ribs - Mother's Day Recipe

Yesterday for Mother's Day we made these easy pork ribs in the slow cooker. The original recipe HERE said to put them on low for 8 hours. They were good after 6 1/2 hours. We added mashed potatoes and gravy and it was amazing. The ribs were so tender and soft. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
4 boneless pork ribs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp liquid smoke
1 cup barbecue sauce
12oz dr. pepper

Directions:
Place 4 boneless ribs in the crockpot. Sprinkle the pepper, garlic powder and liquid smoke on top. Drizzle over the barbecue sauce and then pour in the Dr. Pepper.

Cook on low for about 6 1/2 hours. If the ribs fall apart, they are done. Don't open the crockpot until they are done. Serve with gravy and mashed potatoes.
